Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 03 August 2026
DASCEN manufactures products specifically for bulk institutional and commercial buyers.
Accordingly, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO RETURN POLICY
DASCEN follows a Strict No Return Policy.
Products once sold, dispatched or delivered shall not be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Excess stock ordered
- Slow sales
- Customer preference
- Incorrect quantity ordered by buyer
- Change in business plans
- Distributor cancellation
- Retailer cancellation
- Warehouse stock adjustment
No Refund
Payments once received are non-refundable.
Advance payments, booking amounts and order confirmations cannot be cancelled after production or dispatch.
Replacement Policy
Replacement shall be considered only in the following situations:
- Wrong product supplied by DASCEN
- Manufacturing defect verified by DASCEN
- Product damaged before delivery due to manufacturing or packing issues
- Short quantity verified at delivery
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Invoice copy
- Batch Number
- Box Images
- Product Images
- Delivery Proof
- Unboxing Video (recommended)
DASCEN reserves the sole right to inspect and approve or reject any replacement request.
Damage During Transportation
Visible transport damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Claims made after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.
Opened Products
Opened, used or partially consumed products are not eligible for replacement.
Incorrect Orders
Customers are solely responsible for verifying:
- Product Name
- Quantity
- Variant
- Fragrance
- Size
- Packing
before confirming their purchase.
Incorrect orders placed by customers are not eligible for return or refund.
Distributor & Wholesaler Orders
Bulk orders manufactured or packed specifically for distributors, wholesalers or institutional buyers cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Final Decision
All claims shall be reviewed by DASCEN.
The company’s decision regarding replacement or rejection shall be final and binding.
